Yes you can got
20x points on certain product even if redeeming points.
No you don't get 20x points on any thing if you are redeeming unless you have still that much amount remaining even if you have redeemed to get points.
The answer for 3) is according to my experience yes.

I think it all depends on your Shoppers how great the shop can be. I have been denied use of doubling coupons like
Momi does. If I am lucky some of the cashiers will at least try and see if the machine takes it.

I will say I have wonderful store,staff and manager.
Last time there was a new cashier she gave me some trouble,she said I can not use my hubby card and coupon,
If he want to buy it he should be physically here,then thanks to the csm then she said in front of me to the cashier,you just need to match optimum no on the coupon and expiry date.
You are not suppose to ask where is your husband,where is your mother etc etc.
I think in combining the coupon case we should approach to the manager.
Because manufacturer coupon is not store discount that's the form of payment.

I also used $10 coupon off on $50 on Today July 14th,I used 6000 points coupon when you buy $20 food and snack and then I redeem my 22000 points for $30,I just paid $10 plus taxes out if my pocket,with 6000 points($7.50).i just paid almost $4 for all worth of $50 stuff,may be I saved more because all the items I bought were on sale.
