WTG, may i ask where you found printable coupon for bath and body works?

I was sure I got it from Smartcanucks, but I could not seem to locate it. I did find it through a Google search on another site for you at the following link.

I thought it was a mail in rebate at first, but upon reading the "To the dealer" section, it states how the money will be refunded to them. It looks like a mail in rebate form though

I wish I was not so stupid, I mailed the form!!!
