Hi. Click remember me button when logging in so that your cookie doesn't expire, that should stop you getting logged out all the time.


--Update. I was made aware this is automatically done, So i increased the time of cookie sessions.

--Update#2 If this issue is still arising please use the following supported browsers, chrome, firefox as they are functional with 99% of the World Wide Web as well as HTML5

i had a really silly time trying to signin, went on for days.
i would ask to change my password, and would try to use it only to see
'you have used up your sign in tries' or whatever -and 'try again in 15 minutes'
i know i can be slow ish, but i think in this regard sc didn't allow
their new password to work fast enough for me?
not really complaining, just mentioning

Hello. We don't have passwords to expire on any usergroups, Maybe you requested to change your passwords to many times and because the site was loading slow you was clicking it to many times which resulted in the error message you received next time wait for the site to respond. Next time if it happens "out of the blue" or the site is loading slow, request a password reset to your email.

Password changes have been an issue for some users, I have manually changed them for them and emailed the user the passwords as the email doesn't always send when they request a password change on forgot password page

Looking into it now. SMTP(email server is fully functional maybe they didn't check junk). I'll get back to you in a few mins.

Checked gmail, live & yahoo all reset emails are popping up in inbox. As you can see below

Ensure they are resetting it properly by going to this link. If you can list the email providers it's showing problems for please PM me.

Quick question - is there an easier way to delete "confirmed and unconfirmed private message receipts" instead of having to select each receipt - i have over 300 to delete, so imagine having to select each for deletion - maybe a "select all" feature?

@Tbites it works just like that, if you think a friend may be interested in the thread or you want to get the attention of someone who replied/asked a question you can tag them in a post by putting the @ before their exact username
You can also tag at the top of a post with the tag user button

Thanks....so tagging is tagging a user in a thread and mentions is tagging them in a post ? They're kinda sounding like the same thing to me... either way I like the idea of being able to tag someone

yes the same, just a mention is in a post (in tapatalk, it will also notify you of mentions when someone quotes you)

this is weird? I tried to click on Top ( as is the top posts) on the green tab above and something came up saying I had " hided" ( yes it did not say hidden, but hided??) this and to change it click a link. The link did not work....anyone else getting this message ?
