Has anyone had a problem trying to log on to the http://www.pgbrandsampler.ca/ site??

No matter if its a brand new email and never been registered for this site it will tell me that the email has been registered..so then I'll try and request my password for the same email and it tells me that the email is not registered.
I have wrote to them a few times and they just keep telling me to clear my cookies and reboot ...or they'll say request your password.
I have told them everything I have said here ...but went into more detail about...sorry for going on about it...I was just wondering if anyone is having a problem logging in.
