I redeemed for the $299 hp laptop a few months ago and absolutely dislike it. I find it sloooow . Maybe because its AMD?? Now I have enough points to do the max redemption plus personal coupon is for 20x on $50. Is the one you bought intel? I am tempted to get a better laptop.

All depends on the processor, I have an AMD processor in my Gateway and I have no issues because of the type of AMD it is. What you need to look for is if it tells you the speed, the closer to 2.0 the better

The one I got has an AMD Dual Core A6-4455M Accelerated Processor. I haven't tried it yet though. But my home computer is so old and super slow, so anything will be a step up.

After seeing your post, I was going to get this deal too, so I checked the flyer, not sure about which HP you were talking about, I only saw the HP $369 was a 2gb/320gb one, the 500gb hard disk is an $349 Acer one. would you mind to help me comfirm your laptop's specifiction?

I got the "HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15 Sleekbook" 15-b129ca. It has 15.6" Diagonal HD Brightview LED Display, 500GB Hard Drive, 4096MB DDR3 SDRAM. I knew the manager that was working and he just brought me one of each laptop they had to look at. I don't know if all Shopper's are the same, but the one I got was locked up in the back office. Hope that helps.

Even though I hate very much my Acer laptop ($349.99 in flyer) because it does not have a DVD drive and Windows 8.1. But it's very light and cost me around $60 after redemption and points back.

Does SDM sells cellphones? I definitely need to upgrade my phone (I feel embarrassed every time I use my ancient cellphone).

It must be the ram that's affecting the speed... my older beat up hp has 4gb and the SDM one is 2gb and I'm still getting used to windows 8.
