REIMAGINING AN AMERICAN ICON.

DAYTONA Rising is a $400 million reimagining of an American icon – Daytona International Speedway.
Five expanded and redesigned entrances, or “injectors,” will lead fans to a series of escalators and elevators, transporting them to three different concourse levels. Each level features spacious social areas, or “neighborhoods,” along the nearly mile-long frontstretch.
At the conclusion of the redevelopment, Daytona International Speedway will have approximately 101,000 permanent, wider and more comfortable seats, twice as many restrooms and three times as many concession stands. In addition, the Speedway will feature over 60 luxury suites with track side views and a completely revamped hospitality experience for corporate guests.
The project officially broke ground in early July, 2013 and is expected to be completed in time for the 2016 Rolex 24 At Daytona and DAYTONA 500.

It's a spectacle for sure, everyone should go once, like going to Indy.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, located in Speedway, Indiana, (an enclave suburb of Indianapolis) in the United States, is the home of the Indianapolis 500 and the Brickyard 400.^[4] It is located on the corner 16th Street and Georgetown Road, approximately six miles west of Downtown Indianapolis.
Constructed in 1909, it is the original speedway, the first racing facility so named. It has a permanent seating capacityestimated at 257,325,^[1] with infield seating raising capacity to an approximate 400,000.^[5] It is the highest-capacity sports venue in the world.^[6]

I will be travelling with my friend and the family so I'm tied to what they want to do.

too bad. the seafood is great. of course there are other options on the menu.
it's a really nice location. right on the water. perfect for some lovely sunset viewing.
