So it's $100 and $200 level only. Is it for everything? I can't believe the flyer is available.

For laptops I'd say there are 2 things you need to consider:
1. Do you need a dvd drive? I'm fairly certain the HP is the only one that Shoppers carries that has one (maybe the Toshiba, but I haven't seen one in stores recently - you can buy external dvd drives, just remember that's an extra cost on top of the laptop).
2. CPU - the higher the better.
The unfortunate thing about Shoppers is their laptop models constantly change. I'd highly suggest going into a local store BEFORE the redemption and writing down the model numbers of the different laptops you're interested in. Then you can go online and look at the specs and reviews before buying.
If you buy a HP, I'd highly suggest getting a laptop cooling pad (a fan that sits under your laptop, as I find HPs run really hot.

I bought an ACER Netbook a few years ago now. The night before the redemption, I was checking it out. It turned out that it was on sale the day before the Redemption but not during the Redemption. The extra points that I got during the Redemption would make it equal to what I would put out for points that night. I was sure it was actually there to be purchased then and was not going to lose anything by spending the points that night. So I actually bought it BEFORE the redemption by redeeming my points for the sale price. (Gosh, does that make any sense at all?) In other words - although you got more points the next day - the price would have gone up by an equal amount.

Electronics (laptops, tablets etc) are not at sale that week, atleast I couldn't find those, no electronics page. I was expecting acer tablet will be on sale so bit disappointed. Buying those at regular price is not worth.
