I agree, look at what happens after the first 18months and the cost of getting out of it. You can bet the not so good stuff is in the small print!

When you go for renewal, bring in a list of all the rates available at all the banks and credit unions in your area. It is amazing how you can suddenly 'deal' with your bank when your in the driving seat. Good luck!

Yup, banks panic when they hear money moving away. (Shhhhhh! Don't tell our big bank mortgage lender, but we're almost definitely not staying with them.)
