    I have an newspaper insert MIR for Finish Quantum - address is PO 13437 , date is from April 10 - May 10/15/received on/before June 18/15.

    All other details appear to be the same as

    printable MIR found here http://www.finishdishwashing.ca/medi...Form_EN_ON.pdf

    except PO and dates which are PO 13450 and dates are between april 11/15 and May 18/15, received on/before June 10/15

    Can I send a rebate to each of these?
