Approximate cost of a 1 litre jug of mexican vanilla?

I have an opportunity to purchase a 1 litre jug of mexican vanilla, its kind of a local auction site, but I have no idea what a huge jug (1 litre) of vanilla is worth. I know that Costco sells regular vanilla in big bottles, does anyone know what they are worth and does anyone know if Mexican Vanilla is the same or more than regular? Thanks for any advice.

I bought one in Mexico a few months ago for $11 US. It would usually cost more here, but no idea how much.

That said, I bought 3 bottles of vanilla (500mL x 2, 300 mL x 1) in the Dominican Republic a month later, for $8 US. I prefer DR vanilla to mexican vanilla, but that's me.

(Yes, I know that's a lot of vanilla. I bake a lot and shared some with family.)
