Has anyone got paid from these guys lately?

I cashed out the $20 cheque about 7-8 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Ive sent a couple emails and they completely ignored them until I sent a very frustrated one. I got a response that the finance department would contact me about the missing cheque.

That was 9 days ago. And I have heard nothing. Ive also talked to three other members and they too have not been paid in 6 weeks since requesting a cheque.

Does it say your check was processed on their website? I usually receive my check from them about 2 weeks after it is processed. I have never waited more than 6 weeks though, so something does not sound right. Their poor communication with you does not help matters either.

I got a response this morning after sending another irritated email.

They said my cheque got lost in the mail and I will have to wait until September 15th to request another one\

Same problem here. Requested on May.5 and nothing as of June.8. I recall seeing before that it was processed on May.17.

Now Legerweb has a new layout and it shows the cashout dates and no more processed on column.

Now on the new site trying to use the contact form there is a message that says "Error: One of your field is empty or problematic". -- They spelled fields as field

I think the legerweb site ITSELF is becoming problematic.

I have stopped doing surveys there quite some time ago. Looks like another long time legit site has decided to go to the dark and greedy side.

I haven't had any problems getting payment from them.....just seems slow because they use smail-mail for the cheques.

I myself have not been paid..another member here and 4 other members on my other forum in 8-12 weeks+

All of used to get paid within 3 weeks. Now the time is tripled and no responses from support unless you send 6-10 emails over a 2 week period.

Three other people have been given the excuse "sorry your check was lost in the mail We can send you another in 6 months time"

I find this very strange

I've had no problem cashing out or gretting a cheque from LegerWeb I cashed out May 8th, I'be got the cheque already and it is in the bank!

I've never had an issue with them other than I do not get a lot of surveys. I have not cashed out in a few months so I can't speak on what may be happening now. Try calling them @ the number below. You "may" get an answer faster than via their email system?

I haven't had problems cashing out either.. my first check I received a week later after it was processed(old site), my second one 1-2 weeks later after processed(on old site), they came and I deposited them right away, money in the bank within 2 mins over internet. Never had any problems with not receiving checks..so sad to hear how horrible their CS is...:/
/I also don't like their new layout website...it's a little confusing I don't like how it doesn't show processed on dates either.

WOW... I just cashed out...hope I do not have to wait that long. I never have before. Did they at least apologize or put an extra $5 in your account for their error?

they must have sent it to china and then Russia first

no extra cash

They just said it got lost in the mail and said sorry for the delay

Hi everyone! I am new to this legerweb surveys and i have a question. Today i participated in a survey that was offering $2.00 or 4 air miles. I chose to get $2.00. Can someone tell me the real worth of 1 air mile. I want to know if $2.00 is worth more than 4 air mikes or not. And for future purposes should i choose air miles or cash?

on my calculator I get 1 AM = 0.105263 ( a bit more than .10 and a half cents? )
That was because 95 AM = $10.00
your 4 AM then = more than .42 so taking the $2.00 way better deal....right?

I typically redeem 95 AirMiles for $10 at Sobeys (only because Aeroplan is my choice for flight points). So based on that, 1 AirMile would be worth $0.10 .... I always take the cash option with Legerweb.
