Thread: Anyone having trouble signing in optimum account?

Since last 3 hours I am trying signing up .but cant do in any of my optimum account.

Same for me, I was able to log in earlier before supper. Others are having the same issue. They comments in the personalized shoppers section.

Today I can not login to my account,it says invalid #
Even same thing with my hubby's and sis card.

Can sign in today with my husband's account, but no luck with mine. Even called customer service, they claimed that there is no outage and I just have to re-register my account. System won't let me do that either. I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow.
