PC Plus and PC Points confusion

I have a PC financial bank card that I've used for years to earn points for groceries. This year I started using the PC plus program. The other day I used my debit along with plus card and my receipt after wards shows nothing about earning points for my debit card.

I called customer service and they told me essentially both programs add points to the same pot. And told me my debit points would take a few business days to be seen

My points still only show for plus offers.

Can someone help me?

Receipts never show points earned from your debit card. If you go into your PC app though, you can see them there in the transactions.

To be honest with you I don't check for them all that often, but from what I recall, I think it was only about once a month they were posted to my account?

I took a peek online.
My 'Supermarket Rewards' points for my June 16 shop is there.
None yet for my June 19 shop, both Supermarket Rewards and Points-For-Bags Program.
So yes, there is a delay.

Wait never mind.. All it says is plastic card (points) and key fob. Doesn't say debit

Hi Candini. I was told that PC Master Card points can be seen in 2 business days. And that PC debit points can take up to 5 business days to show. I was also told that business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.

I hope you are getting points for your reusable bags too.

Yes they would award them monthly but they changed it and they apply them within days.

for a long time. I will try checking online for my PC debit balance.

Shwa Girl, I always use my own shopping bags, but I've noticed that
I get those points only when I use a cashier, never at self-serve.
Any suggestions, is there an on-screen button or must I go ask the
attending cashier?

you have to get the cashier to credit you the points for your bags.

If you go on your app to my account, your transactions will come up there

margy, at the self serve, there is one cashier for the 4-6 checkouts. Before you pay, just press the call cashier button on the screen (or yell) and tell the cashier you are using your own bags and you have a PC card. The cashier takes over your till temporarily (you will see that on your screen).Do not pay until you see your bag points added.
