Hi, I stumbled across this website while learning what other people pay for groceries as I was curious. Seems like it's something you don't discuss a lot when you have friends over.

There's just the two of us, we are baby boomers and retired/semi-retired. I'm looking to save money on groceries and basically any other item that Canadians spend money on.

I also manage all my own investments and currently invest in only the highest yielding investments with the utmost preservation of capital.

Hope to get feedback from other Canadians on a lot of topics!
