I finally got a pin, but the contest closed.

HOLD ON TO YOUR PINs!! The site states it will be back up and running again sometime this year and that you should keep your PIN and check back at a later date to see when it's back up and running. I suspect that they have to close it down every so often because they get so many requests and end up with a big back log.
