Duct Cleaning service called me today ....
Rep: Hello, I am calling to know if you would like to get your duct cleaned
Me: I am an HVAC Technician, I know when and how to do it myself!!
Rep: We Have special Equipments and License Technicians who knows how to do it properly.
Me: So, I went to school for 4 years and gotten my license. So, you're saying, I am not qualified to fix and maintain the furnaces, A/C and also know something about duct system?
Rep: Would you like our service?
Me: Yes, please send a technicion over ASAP
2 hours later ... Technician shows up ...
ME: *shows* my HVAC licenses and I know what and how to clean ducts
Technician: Oh why you ask for service?
Me: Tell that to the Call centre who didn't listen to me that I told them I have.
Rep from earlier calls back ...
Rep: Why did you ask for service then decline at the door and not tell me you were already license to do this service??
Me: *hangs up*
