I have a hard time with meat prices... Is $2.88/lb for ground beef good? What about the $1.88 for ribs?

@samm07 , $2.88 for lean ground beef is excellent but this is on sale for a beef/pork blend but it is still a good price. Lean ground beef sometimes goes on sale for about $3.99/lb. $1.88 is also a very good price for pork side ribs but sometimes you can get pork back ribs on sale for $2.99.

It's a mix of ground beef and pork. I can get pork by itself for 1.99 a pound and ground beef by itself for $2.99 a pound. If you cannot get those prices for either then no it's not bad at that price for the mixture

Their $ 7.99 BBQ chicken is pretty decent. A bit bland, but you can always add some salt & pepper to it. Its quite big too.

Usually I cut it open and then put it in the oven if I want to heat it or warm it. Sometimes I just brush it with a little olive oil so that its a bit crispy & not too dry, when I re heat it.

    I believe the usual price is $ 10.99 - $ 11.99 .

The same brands of large bags of rice are $1 cheaper at Food Basics this week, if you have both stores in your area.
