CP actually refers to the 2 stamp one as the transitional souvenir sheet (the year of ram last year to this year's year of monkey); they are face value of the stamps so I thought it's worthwhile to collect. They have this every year, each zodiac comes every 12 years.

The individual year souvenir sheet looks like a bookmark, also face value of stamp; once you laminate it, I think it is an awesome and unique bookmark. I think CP still has previous years for sale. I have attached this year's transitional souvenir sheet and the individual souvenir sheet (can't find the year of the monkey for individual, attached the ram instead) links below for those interested:

Year of Monkey Transitional Souvenir Sheet - https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/new/p...execution=e1s1

Year of the Ram Souvenir Sheet - https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/stamp...execution=e1s1

The Canada Post at my work only had the one. I was happy my poor explanation was enough for the lady working to understand what I wanted.

I don't think your explanation would be poor, probably just not as descriptive given a lot of people don't know these collectibles to begin with.

^^^Very nice! I am getting excited for my buddy to get hers. And me to get mine. I always feel a little more excited for my buddy's package to arrive though.

EDIT: Both of my buddies packages are now scheduled to arrive the same day.

So excited for you to get your package buddy now that they're starting to arrive. Now that packages have started arriving I can now say I may have gone a little overboard on your package but I knew I did

    ^^^Beat me to it!

Both of my buddy's packages are set to arrive on the same day now. How perfect! Can't wait until it arrives.

I am at Science Centre today. If my package arrives, it will have to wait until to tomorrow. THE GOOD NEWS about that? I am taking my 84 year old Grandma out and can leave the kids in the car with her while I run in to the post!!! (We are rural and they usually only give a notice). The little things. Ah. Actually, leaving the car running with an adult and not dragging three in is a BIG little thing.

Well the time change sucks. I was ok getting up but boy that kid of mine wanted nothing to do with it! Of course I didn't put him to bed early last night, he actually stayed up past his "normal" bedtime of 7:30. We'll see how tonight goes. I may just leave him at daycare a little extra to avoid the crankiness I expect lol.

Anxious to see the rest of the packages arrive (mine too!). Excited for Easter too, we are going down to my parent's and I haven't been since summer I think. They came up here at Thanksgiving and Christmas so we have seen them, but it's nice to go down there and get a little spoiled. My mom always asks what we want for meals and I get to have things I don't normally cook because Jackson won't eat them.

Hope everyone is having a good week. It's March break here, supposed to rain the whole week. Jackson is still at daycare and they have some fun stuff planned. Made sure to put in extra clothes since I know he'll be getting soaked outside.

DD1 had a bit of a hard time getting up this morning, but my hubby had the worst of us lol. DD2 woke up at her normal time even though the time changed....not quite sure how she managed that but I will go with it. It was so nice & warm here on the weekend & then end of last week, now it's cloudy & cold ish here. Hoping it warms up again in time for Spring break here (2 weeks from now)
