Interesting. I guess it's a regional choice. Everywhere I've been in Atlantic Canada anyway, they'll serve you a breakfast sandwich at any time. When you think about it, the only difference between breakfast and any other sandwich is the egg ingredient, and they keep that handy.

Just wanting to share that since the new rewards started on April 12th...I will reach my 125pts with a total of 4 regular purchases and 4 bonus pts purchases. Just $2 tall regular coffees. Hopeful...working out about the same as before. And I figured out best reward option is the packaged salads! Tried so many sandwiches and liked none. Was a little disappointed to not have done the pre-reward promos as I did not realize collected reward bonuses would be good w the new program...I thought they would convert each 12 star bonus x11 but that was just for leftover stars not rewards already earned.

I was wondering that myself so I went last night on a whim and asked. First Barista said "only if you have the email"

Email? What email??? I replied.

So she asked a 2nd Barista that gave it to me but I guess even with the new system Starbucks is still being people selective with their offers.

Just FYI. The new Star system awards stars based on full purchase price without tax. For example my double stars offer for a $2 coffee was awarded 7.6 stars.

It is better to get partial stars than stars only for a full $1 spent. Awards are based on pre-tax value. I thought it was pretty positive.
