To receive one (1) Tic Tac Mixers Free Sample (the "Sample"), while supplies last, visit www.tictaccanada.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form (the "Entry Form") with your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), a daytime telephone number (including area code) and a valid email address. Next, confirm whether you would like to receive future communication from the Sponsor about new products, promotions and/or offers (optional), confirm that you are the age of majority or older and a resident of Canada and confirm compliance with these Official Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate boxes.
