If the machine is so "solid", why was it returned by the buyer in the first place? The only you forgot to mention in your pitch is that all the machines on that site (which am sure you are part of) are refurbished.

Nobody enjoys dealing with a virtual company when it comes to warranty, and being given the run around with RMAs and shipping.
