I hear ya on loving the hot sauces! But I wonder if they actually can go bad? Isn't the hot spice a preservative of sorts? I have Green Habanero hot sauce in the fridge and it's over a year old - Still makes us breath Fire!
That was a good deal on Frank's - I just bought "Billy Bob's" Hot sauce (Cajun) at my dollar store for $1. reg. price - It's hot but a good initiation to hot sauces. for beginers.
