I have a PC Financial Master Card, I have registered this card for the PC Plus Points program.

I don't have a seperate PC Plus Points card ( I don't need an additional card to carry )

So when I load the weekly personalised PC Plus points offer's on my PC Financial Master Card, when I go to pay do I have to present the PC Master Card twice to the cashier ? Once as a points card and then as a payment method.

Cool, I will tap the PC master card once to get the personalised offer points. Then tap the card second time to pay.

A cashier I saw at No Frills didn't know if the customer wanted to redeem her accumulated PC points or wanted to earn PC Plus points ( personalised loaded offers ) on her PC Mastercard ..LOL.

She must have had 20,000 + points which she wanted to redeem.

I believe you first have to get the pc financial master card then after It comes in they will link it to your existing pc plus account after you phone them

Wait till your PC MC physically arrives. You will need the 16 digit number.

1.Log into your pcplus.ca account ( PC Plus Points account, not credit card account )

    2. Click on PC Plus card icon

    3. Click on Change Card Settings

    4. Click Add a card - Here you put your 16 Digit PC Mastercard Number to link the Credit Card and PC Plus Card.

Above steps are for doing it online. If you call them, they can do it for you too.

Don't forget to tell the cashier everytime you shop that you are a PC Plus member and have loaded offers on your PC MC. So first you tap the CC to get the points on loaded offers and then tap the same card to pay.

So tap the PC MC TWICE - once as a points card and second as a payment method.

some cashiers forget to ask you that, so you directly go to the payment method.

only advantage of linking I can see is that you don't have to carry TWO cards with you, one for collecting points and other for paying.
