Yeah I'm having issues too. And from a desktop. It keeps saying my password must have one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number & it does. It says “excellent” when I type in the passwords, but then when I hit submit it says I need to have the above. So strange.

Found out the site didn't work so well with Chrome.
