Anyone have suggestions to find some wide dress shoes for men?

I have trouble finding anything around here, not sure where to look. I do have some wide leather shoes, but they are not really dress shoes. I've been just using them for now but I'd like to purchase some actual dress shoes.

    Prefer to have laces.

    Thank you.

My father used to get dress shoes from Canex. Military style, but they were basic enough and triple e.

    Payless has some wide widths.

If you want expensive, Ecco, and maybe Clarks

I have to say Ecco does have beautiful quality. If you are only wearing them occasionally, and are looking for a classic style it is worth checking out Ecco's clearance sales.

Clearance for them is 30%, 50% if you are lucky, and more than 50% on the occasional style in unpopular sizes.

I thought they have wide widths, but you might want to double check with them

I find Ecco fits small and narrow. They are the only brand I can think of where a size 11 does not fit me.

DH needs a wide width for the sake of his orthotic. He has had good luck with finding wider Clarks on The Shoe Company website. And a pair from Sears website. He also has a dressy pair from Rockport shoes. He bought those from the outlet in Niagra Falls.

I have a nice square foot- and I love shoes! So it usually Naturalizer or Payless for me.
ROAK a Huggies or Pampers code to my local pregnancy centre- toys, clothes, food & diapers always needed!

Thanks for the suggestions everyone, late reply (busy month with work, life and courses). I will check out some places but will try the closest Payless first.

Walk on a Cloud - in a variety of malls. They have a sale on right now.

Also - if you can find Rohde (not sure of the spelling) they carry wide widths

Agree - Walk on a Cloud - check online first - I found sometimes they have the wide widths there - rather than in the store.

Rhode for sure - sometimes Clarks as well as Daks - if they still exist
    Oh - Rockport as well

You don’t say what type of shoe - if you are looking for a hiking type - Keen fits far better than Merrell

There are fewer independent shoes stores that carry wide width dress shoes for any gender. I'd add Miller Shoes in Hamilton ON to the search list for wider widths. If you are in Hamilton, be aware that Miller's has a clearance store on Upper James St just metres (2 plazas north) north of the Lincoln Alexander Parkway. You might (if sizes exist) be able to score a deal there if there are unsold dress shoes in the desired width. Good to look at the clearance socks at the discount store as well *dressy and casual*.
