    I Fought it and I Fought it, but I have Failed.

    It Seems that I have the Flu.

    Felt it 2x Evenings Ago and Dealt with a Scratchy-Throat all Day Yesterday.
    ...and then I was Up All Night Coughing.

    {Got Pretty Darn Good at it, too. }

    Been there , done that, lots of fluids, preferably non alcoholic,they only delay recovery and extra strength tylenol every 4 hours should over come the feelings in day or so.

    Green tea with honey works wonders as a drink

    Hope you are feeling better soon.
