I told them how much I like the Pledge Wood Floor Cleaner and they emailed me saying this:

I just got the email back and they are sending me a coupon for any toilet cleaning gel that I'd like. I was hoping for more, but at least it's a FPC!

Yesterday, I got a fpc from SCJ, I wrote about a problem I was having with
my new ceramic tiles and they sent me this wonderful $6. coupon.
I did not even ask for a coupon, a good company to deal with for sure.
