The bus schedules change on Sunday. 16-Ancaster has had its weekday times really changed (we'll be waiting for the 5-Delaware awhile instead of just getting as it comes on Wilson St. E). Last bus to leave Meadowlands will be at 8:55pm, not 9:08pm as it has been for years.
Ancaster Municipal Centre has received the 16-Ancaster, 43-Stonechurch & 5-Delaware schedules. 44-Rymal (no change except for date on schedule) and 41-Mohawk are available as well.
Bus fares rise tomorrow. $3 cash. Add 15 cents if you are using the green adult bus tickets (September only).2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Burlington Transit is moving to passes on the PRESTO Card for 2017. There's a waived $6 card fee this month if you get a monthly pass loaded before the end of the year.
Effective January 1, 2017 Monthly Passes switch to PRESTO:
Load a monthly pass on a PRESTO card before the end of the year and don't pay the $6 card fee. (Fee waived at the Downtown Transit Terminal ONLY.)
- Monthly pass is good for unlimited travel within Burlington
- If you load a monthly pass and need to travel to other transit properties you will require additional funds on your card in order to pay the other system's fare using your PRESTO card.

If you rely on DARTS, read through today's article in the paper about possible 2017 service changes. Might be worth discussing at the meeting tonight.http://www.hamiltonnews.com/news-sto...ng-over-darts/

Just a reminder that starting in Jan HSR and Burlington Transit paper transfers cannot be used on each other, HSR only valid on HSR buses etc even if used downtown where the buses meet like you used to be able to before Presto.
