P&G Brand Sampler Program Open Again!

I have to ask a silly question... Do they actually ship the razor, or do they send a coupon for it?
If they ship the razor, that doesn't fall under the "lettermail" category at canada post, so it would cost them more $. Sending coupon definately cheaper.

Last time around, they sent it all in a small box, it had the actually razor in there with all the other items. Mine was sent to the post office, because it didn't fit in my tiny mailbox.

My sister signed up a few hours ago and it did that too, but she just refreshed her browser and it worked fine.

I think it's just all us SC'ers jammin up the site.
