Hi all,

This is about old promo from Schwarzkopf.

I submitted my rebate form on the very last day (Dec 30th I think) and luckily it was processed. I checked the status from www.rapidr and it says my check was mailed out on March 6th. However, I haven't received it as of today. I did an inquiry in contact us section but never got an reply. I also noticed that my unit # didn't show under Address as I live in the residential building. (Is unit # supposed to show or not? ). I am wondering if my envelope is still floating around with canada post.

Keep after them. I wouldnt give up until I got a reply. They can cancel that cheque that's missing and reissue one.

i've read a lot of problems about this rebate. mine got rejected even though i did everything right. the status says i bought the wrong product, okay, why was there a huge try-me-free thing on it? such baloney. i contacted them and they never respond. i've written it off as a lost cause. i'm never buying schwarzkopf.
