Tips to Winning Contests & Sweepstakes

With the popularity of Extreme Couponing, TLC was looking for its next big fun and free series.

They found it in the hobby of “sweeping”. (In the U.S. they call contesting sweepstaking or sweeping for short.)

I am one of five “sweepers” featured in their new series High Stakes Sweepers.

The show will air at 10pm on Sunday August 14th.

We are a new company and we don´t have adequate facilities to work. We are hoping to win a office renewal from Office Depot Mexico.

All you need is a facebook acount, then access the link, click "like" to the page and then enter again to the link so you can enter directly to our photo. This was take in our office. My dog take part in it. Hope you like the photo.

Maggie_May, although it only take WON to WIN, all of us here enter dozens or hundereds of contests each day to win a few prizes each month. Spend some time reading the other threads and learning from your fellow contestors. We were all newbies once and happy to pay-it-forward.

whats the best way to search google for contests? i usually put in contests canada or something like that and it just brings up forums,...which i have no issues with but i think i have all the good ones now. is there a way to find the contests themselves through google?

Excellent tips!! I enter contests daily and a lot of the time, I will find ad's on the sites pointing to other contests (less known ones). Now, everytime I enter a contest I make sure to review the page in case there's another contest I can enter. Perfect example is the Shop at Home contests. If you scroll down and look at the right hand side of the screen, you will see info about other contests!!
