Ok so I am working on my assignment due tomorrow and this show was on in the background. Has anyone see it yet? It is brutal, the question to the woman who is on now was a 1st grade geography question:
Q: if you cross the northern border of the U.S. what country are you in?
The woman had to look at the 5th grader's answer becuase she was not sure!!!!!!!!!
WOW maybe Talking to Americans was not an exaggerationThis thread is currently associated with: N/A

Gotta love Rick Mercer!!
About the "Are you smarter.." some of those questions seem pretty tough for 4th or 5th grade (not all just some of them)

I agree, there have been a couple I was pretty sure I knew, but I was second guessing myself & thinking oh wow Im glad Im not the one on international tv having to answer that! Especially if you got it wrong and the 5th grader got it right!

I agree, some of them are pretty hard, but that Canada one and the Arctic one and the 1/2 the area of the square were pretty easy. But I guess it's a lot harder when a wrong answer means you go home with nada. Probably would start second-guessing and want to be sure.

Yes I was watching it.. I kept thinking of the other Americains who did not know what Canada was above their border. If they did not know Canada was above them, I wonder what they thought was over the border.... I can't help to think how many people did not know that answer...
I like the show and its funny..
It would be great if there was a Canadian version..

there have been a few questions I had no idea what the answers were...
I love Jeff Foxworthy though so this is why I watch it...
I love his "redneck" routines...I think I'm a redneck
