    My kids have resp’s and was wondering if anyone would know if I could use part of those funds for tutoring now? It’s still is going towards education or must it be a university/college situation?

    pretty sure most plans do not permit the funds to be used for tutoring. Call them to verify though.

    This would not be possible as you must provide a letter from the educational institution to access your funds.
