Danone rewards

Hello,

I used to love the Danone coupons you could get from collecting points off the yogurt packaging.

I recently noticed that a lot of the packaging does not have the codes (just the scanning option) and I can't get the app to scan the bar code.

Also, with the points I do have there are no coupons to "purchase" with the points.

Anyone else using the program? And if so, anyone having similar issues?

I haven't tried that but my app hasn't been working. Was trying to figure out if it was no longer available.

I sort of got interested in this program last year because of points on the cups but I found only some of the cups earned points and I did not get points from the other marked cups. So I am not updated on what rewards can be obtained beyond say recipes or coupons in this program. Glad you asked--I'll have to see if my account still has those points. I remain on the Dan-On e-mail list.

Yes found I had to enter the codes manually which I didn't mind.

Unfortunately, the mobile app has been discontinued. Also, there are no more QR codes available on our packaging. Therefore, they will appear as unavailable or with an error message on the website and the mobile app. From now on, you will have to communicate with us by email, phone or Facebook to add the points to your account.

I just got an email today saying they are going to change the program:

Dear DanOn Canada members, In response to your valuable feedback, we’ve decided to make improvements to the DanOn loyalty program in 2019. We’ll be closing the Bonus Shop as well as removing the DanPoints system as of January 2019. Don’t worry, you’ll still have access to easy savings through DanOn’s Discount Coupons. do you know what the change in the program is??
I see there is no where to enter the codes on their website now.
Yet the products still have codes?
