    Did anyone else use this offer back on Dec 4? It was 40% back in points when you redeem minimum of 50,000 points... points awarded within 2 weeks. Well pretty sure 2 weeks was yesterday and no points there this am. Argh. Was hoping to use those points for Christmas groceries so hoping they show up soon. Points inquiry done this am, but what a pain... was hoping the system just worked! Was just wondering if I calculated dates correct and if anyone else in the same boat?

    My missing 36,000 points has just been credited to my account (I haven't received any email about it yet, but I was looking at my points and they have just been added)!
    @Thumpersmom, I take screenshots of all offers like this … because once they have disappeared I have no proof it was ever there.

    I received my points for redeeming along with the 20% F&F on December 11th but I did not receive points for redeeming December 4th, weird.
