I signed up in November (I believe...) and I have my first two books right now, which I received earlier this month. I got the e-mail link to the follow-up survey last week. I'm only about half-way through the first book, though. Do we only get a certain amount of time to report back with our reviews, or can you just complete the survey whenever you happen to finish (regardless of the time frame)?

I've had two books, reviewed and submitted the questionairre before Christmas, and also had several surveys from them.

I got 5 of the same books to send out & 2 calendars around Christmas time I believe. I had signed up not too long before that, and that was the first thing I received.
