I had offers for 600 points for every can of No Name vegetables on two of my family's cards. I moved both forward and, on Thursday when the new offers appeared in our accounts, the offer for the No Name canned vegetables was gone from both cards!
Did that happen to anyone else? This is one of my favourite offers!
I've noticed that some of the offers have been decreased in value recently, i.e. 100 points for every dollar spent on cherries rather than the usual 200 points, but I've never had an offer that clearly showed it was saved for the next week not appear with the new offers. This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by lotsasavings; Tue, Aug 6th, 2019 at 07:27 AM.

I did have that happen just recently. I pushed 600Pts/1 Heinz Ketchup/Mustard last week (Wednesday) and I looked on my account the next day and the offer was completely gone. No trace of it. Not sure why it happens, but I know it would be horrible to lose the 600Pts/1 NN Canned Veg. It really is one of the Top 10 offers I would say!

My favorite today, clearance NN mixed veg .24 - food bank
A couple weeks ago I went into my account on Wednesday morning to hold a few offers, however they were all already shown as expired and I couldn’t hold any. When I called they said “you should choose what offers you want to hold and do it on Monday” I laughed and hung up.Last edited by Big Grammy; Tue, Aug 6th, 2019 at 04:05 PM.

Thanks for the replies. Obviously, I'm not the only one who has been deceived.
If I had known that the offers would not be moved forward, I would have used them that week. I can appreciate that some offers will change from time to time. However, it's rather underhanded to clearly show that an offer has been saved in my account for the next week and then have it disappear when my new offers show up on Thursday.

I had this offer on Friday and like you it just vanished, disappointing as I would use it once a month or so.

The 200 per $1 cherries offer is still around. It appears you never got the 100 per $1 before, but it's not new or a replacement. You just got the lower-value one, which you hadn't seen before. This is probably what also happened with any others you got that seemed to you to decrease in value from 200 to 100 per $1.
There's no way of being sure why you got the 100 per $1 offers instead of the 200 versions you had received before, but anecdotally, it seems that people who shop at No Frills are more likely to get the 100 ones. So maybe you've been shopping there more often and/or been spending more money there, or did so temporarily but long enough for the offer algorithm to notice.

I will say this personally, this means LESS donations to the food bank. Whenever I saw the NN Canned Veg on for anything less than $0.60, I would grab a ton to donate. I think one time at my friend's RCSS, we picked up about 100 of them on clearance for $0.54, and I had the offer on two cards, so I got another 80 or so the next day. Cashiers hated us, but when it's for a good cause, AND you can get it free, WHY NOT!?!
Also noticed the 600Pts/1 Heinz Ketchup or Mustard offer has changed to 600Pts/$3, also meaning my friend who's family goes through ketchup like crazy will have to find a different deal for it and stock up when possible.
