    Now Open-Dairy Queen in former Second Cup store in the Ancaster Meadowlands. There's no fryer but hot dogs are available.

    Former Forever 21 two-storey location in the same mall has window paper indicating that Urban Behaviour is coming soon.

    Closing sales-Barry's Jewellers (ads on CHCH) both on Upper James St. and at the Mapleview Centre locations. Sales end on Dec. 31, 2019.

    Coming Soon-Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters to Ancaster (in the former Passion for Living location). Former store has been subdivided into three units, with Mary Brown's situated in the middle unit.

    Now open-Quesada and the next door Shwarma eatery in the same plaza (where former Payless Shoes was located), west Ancaster.

    Open last week-Booster Juice at the Trinity -Wilson Common big box centre in Ancaster ON. Last Saturday was buy 1 get 1 free grand opening day, plus there were draws (per mailed card).

    Closed (likely Oct. 2019)-SupperWorks in Ancaster. I saw the signage removed from the plaza unit and the sign in the plaza board flipped over when I walked by today. I checked the website (it mentions the closed location) and the Instagram account (last tags for #Ancaster were in late October). Probably the local road closure (3 months) nearby contributed to the store's demise.
