    Hello,

    I need to contact pc optimum about missing points. I tried both live chat and roll free number but no response or closed. Are they shutting down the service?

    I am in bc by the way. Anyone ?

    I used to do live chat to get missing points but it keeps telling me not available when using app anytime. So weird
