We had a CD Jukebox but it broke and to get it fixed would cost more than the actual unit. So i have a question about CD playing. We have a Blu-Ray for DVD's and it plays CDs but can i use the Blu-Ray to play CDs that is not connected to a TV. Like can it be a stand alone player or does it have to be connected to a TV to play CDs. We have lots of CDs and i dont want to get rid of them.

I think it would have to be connectedin order for the hdmi cable to provide sound via the tv.

If your computer has a cd tray just use your computer. You could also just transfer all your music onto your computer.

Does your jukebox have AUX-in port?

Just an idea if you have one. Buy a used/new portable cd player and connect it to the jukebox. Also can convert all the CD into MP3 format then have your phone or a dedicated MP3 player connected through AUX or Bluetooth device.

what i did was burn all my CDs to my PC using windows media player...then i added them to my ipod. You can always find a cheap MP3 player at your local pawn shop.
