Health Update: Getting better! My week of bleh is almost over, chemo is done (for now!)...so, in a few more days, I'll break out some wine. Alcohol interferes with the meds, so I haven't had a drink since Feb, or so...and, I have a window before I go on other meds. I'll probably need it as I have to talk to the surgeon soon to schedule surgery#3, after which I really will be lopsided. (rolling eyes). Bald and part boobless before 50...sheesh, it can only go up from here! Hmmm. (Wait...from history, I really should NOT comment on surgery because something always ends up...different). Anyway...last chemo, they reduced my dose to 80% because they were worried about nerve damage in my fingers. One of the side effects was a sensation like "freezer burn" in the fingers...hurts to touch things, and my dexterity is non-existant...unscrewing a toothpaste cap was painful, and I've been grimacing for a few weeks when I manually wash the dishes -- but, hey, who doesn't grimace when doing dishes?! LOL. No, really...getting better each day. Thanks Team Cyn! Now, I gotta run...sooooo behind schedule....!

Ouch cyn I'm glad you get a little break but it sounds like you've got a good handle on things it can always be worse right, like fully stocked on coffee when it goes on sale lol keep your head up I'll have a drink with ya
