Thanks for mentioning that it excludes Quebec. Yeah, we don't eat fries here...

Personally I'm getting reeeeeally tired of all the mobile app only offers. (Not just DQ but Starbucks / McDonalds / Tim's etc etc) There is a whole demographic of people out there that don't use the apps. It's a bit discriminatory IMO.
