• The letter K is the eleventh letter of the English alphabet and the eighth consonant
• In early Latin, there was no difference between the K, C and Q: all three letters represented the same sound
• People sometimes purposely misspell C words using a letter K, in order to achieve alliterative effects or just to sound Kewl (cool)
• K is the only tile in the English game of Scrabble that is worth 5 points! There is only 1 key in the English version of the game. In the Czech version of the game, on the other hand, there are 3 K tiles which are each worth only one point. Guess the Czech's show more kindness towards the K!
