@anisa : Maxi is Quebec's version of No Frills. (it says so in Wikipedia).
Yes, they're more like RCSS (I refer the previous commenter to the wiki where it says so, and in my personal experience).
There used to be Maxis in Ontario before they were converted into No Frills.Last edited by thealexofevil; Fri, Apr 2nd, 2021 at 03:31 AM.

Thanks for the clarification guys
I think the 88 cent prices are more reminiscent of No Frills.
I think the RCSS model might only be Ontario and westwards right now.Last edited by anisa; Fri, Apr 2nd, 2021 at 02:18 PM.

I'm actually trying to see if we get postings of flyers on Tuesdays on SC that I can use for my Thursday RCSS Express pickups.
The cutoff to modify my cart is Tuesday midnight, and the earliest I can see a flyer is Wed.

@anisa
In Quebec, there is Maxi which is like No Frills and then there is Maxi & Cie which is like RCSS.
I have found that they differ in prices even though there is a sale price in the flyer.
For instance, last fall there was a sale on Axe products for I think $2.99 with 2000 bonus points in the flyer. The price at Maxi was $5 something.
The basic Maxi has no Joe Fresh, no make up section, and no toys.
Both price matches. If there is no sale on meat, you can hardly price match because there is no selection.
I know RCSS has so much variety of meat cuts that you can price match practically any sale meat.
