Ikea Canada will be opening a downtown store at 352 Yonge St. near Gerrard St. (that's near Ryerson University) in the later part of 2021.

Guess the past downtown pop-up store concept & those shuttle bus trips from downtown to more distant stores got lots of interest plus there are many condo dwellers and commuter workers in that area along with domestic and international students! Muji Canada will be paying attention.

There was a recent headline that Ikea has lots of containers stuck in Egypt so I assume they are on the EverGiven. Maybe the shelf is onboard.
