I just went to the link nofrills.ca/coupons and clicked on one of the coupons offered there and it immediately got loaded onto my Optimum offers. This is a new thing ( extra savings coupons ) from what I understand....or maybe it's not new, maybe I was just out of the loop on it?
Either way, it beats printing coupons out.

It is new..and there is also one for superstore I believe
