Things certainly look extremely bleak for them tomorrow.

Hickey really let them down by not being able to get out of the second inning and leaving the game losing 4 - 0
I think in Game 5 the relievers is the least of their worries. Starter must go minimum 6 MINIMUM!

They have Loup, Sanchez, and Osuna arguably the best outside of the injured Cecil all fresh.

Bautista, Encarnacion and Martin have been MAJORLY disappointing

    Bautista
    18 Plate Appearances in ALCS
    - 2 Singles (NO extra base hits)
    - 5 K's
    - 5 Walks
and I may be wrong but has been the last out of an inning the most.

    Martin
    11 Plate Appearances in ALCS
    - 0 Hits
    - 4 K's
    - 2 Walks and 1 Hit by Pitch

    Encarnacion
    16 Plate Appearances in ALCS
    - 4 Singles (No Extra base hits)
    - 6 K's
    - No Walks

    Combined
    45 Plate Appearances
    - 6 Singles ( so 6 for 37 that's .162 BA, .162 SLG, .311 OBP) That is BRUTAL!!!!!
    - 15 K's - They don't even make contact 1/3 of the time they get a plate appearance! The entire KC Roster has 22 K's!!!
    - 7 BB's 1 HBP

I will be cheering hard for the Jays, but that feeling in the pit of my stomach has been growing each game in the ALCS.

By the way Loup is unavailable today due to personal issues.

That just hurts the Blue Jay chances even more.

The only positive is that Gibbons has announced that Price is available for spot duty (1 -2 innings if required) as are all other starters including R.A. Dickey if required.

He also mentioned that Sanchez and Osuna will pitch two innings if so required.

Well the Jays live to play another day. Estrada was absolutely locked in and fantastic.

    Jays have done it before.

I am confident that they can do it again and win two more games to win this series.

I enjoyed watching the Jays game earlier. They sure played a-heck-of-a lot better. It must be quite the experience seeing a game live. Caught Geddy Lee there again. Cheers everyone!

    Fan Exam
On yesterday’s Brady & Walker, what did Ed Sprague say about blow-out losses vs. tight games?
Close losses are harder to accept than blow outs.
