OMG I hate Rogers cable!!!! Everything is such a big hassle, been on the phone and hour... All I need is the new 2.0 box and to replace the other 4 boxes on all the other T.V's. 5 people later and they still don't get it!!!
They want to send a Tech out to do it??? I keep telling them I can pick them up and do it myself...Jeez how hard is it to screw a box LOL LOL Seems like it takes a Tekkie" to perform that task.

those nextboxes are very different then the reg boxes(hd/sd or pvr or not). nextboxes2.0 needs a combination of rogers hispeed and digital cable together and its a whole different price package, and you have to lock into a contract which isnt unreasonable but all in all i found it to be too much of a hassle,but they dont tell you that in the commercials,lol

Oh I know it's nuts. I'm gonna call "Rogers Customer Retention" and see if I can get a better deal....it worked last time I told them I was going to switch to Bell. They knocked off a huge chunk to keep our cash rollin in!!! Wish me luck!!!
