Family and I decided to go have dinner at Kelseys in Ottawa,in Barrhaven and we are impressed
Menu-Wide variety for a whole range of tastes and budgets
Service-Excellent-Our server was polite and attentive without being pushy
Food-I had an excellent hamburger,very fresh and tasty with a side salad.
Atmosphere-Very Family friendly,caters to little ones
Overall it is always a great experience at Kelsey's
5 thumbs up!

I love Kelsey's here too, I dont think I have ever had a bad experience.
One time they had changed the menu and I mentioned that something I liked was gone, they made it for me anyway - I was so shocked!
