Canadian Tire Abbotsford

Went to Canadian tire because there were a few things in the flier that I wanted to pick up. Found a few of the things I wanted... and went to the self checkout. Scanned everything and then called the girl over to have her apply my 3 magic eraser coupons. She said I could only use 1. Hubby told her to void the other 2 and we would do them seperatly... she rolled her eye and says "oh my god". I asked her "what was that?" and she just glared at me. Hubby insisted she call a manager... she argued so hubby said it louder and she called one. Manager appologised but didn't care and walks away. She says she has voided 2 of them, I then pay... look at the receipt and all 3 are still on it. Wait again for a manager who tells the girl she should have sent us to customer service. So off we go... where it took at LEAST 10 minutes for her to return 2 and apply the coupon and give me my $2 back. She was too busy talking on the phone that she messed it up twice before getting it right. I will NEVER shop at that Canadian Tire again. On our way home we went into the Surrey (whalley) Canadian Tire to pick up something that the other store didn`t have and the staff were SO helpful and nice!

CT I find is a hit and miss. I have had mostly good service at Chilliwack but the last time I went in for my 14 Fusion razors the girl at CS(who had 7 years of CS) short changed me 20c and forgot to give me my CT$. When I told her that she forgot to give me my CT $ she got snotty and said" no I didn't, Are you SURE you didn't just put it in your wallet already?" Ummm no!
But at the same time I had a guy cashier with the other 14 Fusion razors and he was amazing. I am actually writing CT about him!
